Very often, workers at large factories  have to collect data from production equipment manually, during the round checks. We are moving towards a complete automation of the process: our sensors continuously transmit information from the equipment to operators and immediately signal if the indicators go beyond the values we need. At the same time, the IIoT complex allows not only to free thousands of person-hours, but also to collect the data for predictive models, thereby facilitating data-driven decision-making on the optimization of the technological process.

At a hardware level, the complex is a network of explosion-proof temperature and vibration sensors developed by SIBUR, which are stable even in the most difficult climatic conditions.

Information from the sensors is transmitted to the IIoT platform developed by the SIBUR Digital team and deployed in the data centers of enterprises. The platform performs the necessary operations for organizing, storing and visualizing data for users through the web interface, and also transfers data to other systems through the API.

In 2020, the IIoT complex helped SIBUR to save over 70 million rubles

  • more than 2,000 temperature and vibration sensors at production enterprises

    2,000

  • Holistic hardware and software solution with a user-friendly interface

  • Doesn't require any technical training from the user and is as simple as an interface of the "smart home"

  • Data transmissions operate through wireless networks with an unlicensed frequency range. It can include various protocols such as LoRaWAN, ISA 100.11 and WirelessHart

  • If necessary, you can build an IIoT network gradually expand coverage in hard-to-reach areas and use a wide range of technologies for various data collection tasks
