Thousands of processes simultaneously and continuously take place in our factories and offices. Our goal is to transform them so that our employees won’t waste time on a routine.
To accomplish the goal, we launch mobile and web applications, enhance interfaces, optimize operations and progressively eliminate paper usage.
SIBUR's production facilities collect a colossal amount of data, including the information on operating modes of production equipment, parameters of technological processes, energy consumption, frequency and timing of repairs, etc.
Using analytical models, we can adjust the optimal operating mode of the equipment, find out when it needs to be repaired and minimize the risk of breakdowns. Similar solutions can be used for business as well.
We test and implement software and hardware solutions from various technological areas – Industrial Internet of things (IIoT), augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR), computer vision, robotics.
Global markets sometimes fail to provide explosion-proof equipment for working at production facilities in severe climate conditions, so we began to develop and certify our own solutions. We already have self-designed IIoT temperature and vibration sensors, bluetooth beacons for personnel navigation, and industrial smartphones.
In order to effectively use advanced analyticsand implement data-driven approaches in the company, we need certain mechanisms of working with data – to collect, store and visualize it, and to manage its quality.
Our data office collects and prepares data for a further use, creates computational structures, automates analytics, creates BI solutions and the data lake.
Improving an IT landscape of the large company using new technologies is often much more complicated than developing a product from scratch, as it involves a large number of architectural changes in hundreds of systems that need to be radically transformed into up-to-date technological platforms.
