Based on the Top 1000 rating, the top 50 CIOs from different sectors were identified. 16 of them took first places and only three have made it to the finals. The winner was Maxim Shahab, Director Information Technologies, Kaspersky Lab.
SIBUR's achievements presented included the launch of a number of digital products, including Data Science solutions, the development of in-house equipment for the industrial IoT, a corporate data network based on Private LTE concept, and some first robotics projects. We have given considerable attention to initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the function – transforming IT processes and organizational structure, and prioritizing the project portfolio by economic effects.
Top manager performance is measured by their contribution to the company's development, expressed in the improvement in its financial indicators. In my case, this relates to implementation of projects on improving the company's production efficiency and business processes through IT and digital tools. Successful implementation of such projects reduces the process costs, increases the speed and quality of decision-making at all levels and stages of the organization.
