By analyzing big data across the entire production chain, from product manufacturing to further processing outside the company, SIBUR offers assistance in improving the quality of products by customer companies.

SIBUR has been developing advanced Analytics for several years now. The company collects and studies process mode parameters in production: temperature, pressure, raw materials volumes - and data for business processes: product quotes, stock reports, external market factors. Data is collected on the basis of ML platform in SIBUR Digital Analytics Center. Experts create self-learning recommendation systems and decision support systems based on data analysis. Digital tools enable unscheduled shutdown prediction, process mode optimization for cost reduction, product quality improvement and volume increase, as well as forecasting product price in major markets.

Advanced Analytics tools are now available to SIBUR's customers as well.

We already know how to use data efficiently within the company. When we combine our information with the customer's data, we see the entire value chain, get the opportunity to model the situation, understand where issues exist, and provide recommendations on how to fix them. Or inform the customer on product processing, or the manufacturer within the company - on its production process.

SIBUR has already solved multiple cases based on the end-to-end chain of manufacturer and customer data at the company's site in Tomsk. This allowed for the complete elimination of defects in the customer's production process.
